Update: the sled they told us was fine was not....the crank was blown, and it needed repair at a cost of 2k...Horrible customer service and extremely confusing. I had dealt with them years ago with similar results but decided to give them one more try hoping things had changed, but no still the same poor, unorganized, unhelpful and rude service as ever. Go elsewhere, I certainly would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
